Workplace Risk Assessment
Permit to Work is a proven best-practice method to ensure safety on dangerous hazardous worksites and environments. Whenever maintenance or other work is being done, a Permit-To-Work form has to be issued before work can commence. The C365 e-Permit to Work module automates and streamlines the process of permit management. Our e-Permit to Work module is designed to be easy to use, allowing contractors to electronically request a permit to work which is sent directly to authorised personnel for approval.
Manage your suppliers through C365, ensuring they meet KPIs through live and dynamic dashboards. The data generating these dashboards is exportable into Microsoft Excel should a more detailed analysis be required.
C365Cloud automatically generates site logbooks such as water hygiene and fire safety, based upon information reported within the system. The information reported within the logbooks will continue to build when reports are added into the system and eventually will report an annual picture of maintenance activity. Logbooks can be downloaded into excel or they can be automatically dispatched to key personnel at an agreed frequency.
Our resident access module allows customers to download a tenant friendly version of reports through a tenant portal. Facilitated by extracting key relevant data from certificates, automatically creating documents that can be issued straight to end users. Through the innovation of this module, we’ve facilitated our customers’ ability to easily provide tenant friendly versions of documents without administrators having to review each certificate manually.
Our pub manager module is designed to allow pub managers to login to a branded portal and view the compliances associated with specifically their pub. This is facilitated by extracting key relevant data from the main system and displaying it in an easy to navigate portal.

Through integration with the CQC website, C365Cloud can display the latest CQC results of all care homes and also allow inspections to be loaded onto the software so that the results may be tracked, managed, and monitored.
